The project concerns a proposal for the development of an area located in Abu Dhabi - Al Raha Beach, the Developer is Link Properties. The progam includes the creation of one 23-storey residential tower of 19,000 square meters , and thirteen town houses estimated to be about 4000 square meters. We designed the complexas a sailing boat surrounded by waves along the west and northern side. The 23-storey tower is at the edge of the east side.The villas are facing the sea and as a dominant element is a circular terrace.The terrace at level +7.5 m from sea is used as extension of the house and at the same time is the filter with the passage of the promenade area. The villas are of different sizes from 275 to 300 square meters
